Manhattan and Queens, NY: Represent The Durst Organization in connection with the negotiation of telecommunications agreements with vendors to install and operate, and various cellular carriers to participate in Durst’s deployment of, in-building neutral host distributed antenna systems at numerous buildings across its residential and commercial portfolios. The presence of the distributed antenna systems at these buildings enhances and improves the carriers’ cellular and data services to provide maximum coverage to Durst’s building tenants and visitors.

Halletts Point Waterfront Project, Astoria, NY: Represent the Durst Organization on all phases of its joint venture, acquisition, development and financing of the 2.5 million square feet Halletts Point waterfront project in Astoria. The project will include 2,400 market-rate and affordable apartments.

NY Metropolitan Area and US East Coast Locations: Represented a major regional banking institution in connection with loan transactions of all types, including construction loans and loan participants. Also represented the bank in connection with the sale and transfer of two of its branches, including the sale of a long-held condominium unit.

Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY: Represented an affiliate of American Development Group and AutoMotion in connection with negotiations and agreements with various property owners in Manhattan and Brooklyn with respect to the inclusion of automated parking systems in their buildings. The transactions included leases, creation of condominium units and/or straight installation and operation agreements. In addition, in a number of cases, spaces were licensed/sold in connection with satisfaction of NYC zoning requirements relating to off-site parking requirements.

New York and Brooklyn, NY: Represented Quinlan Development Group in connection with the acquisition, financing and development of numerous sites in Brooklyn and Manhattan for new construction of residential buildings, both rental and condominium.
