Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. seeks a mid-level associate experienced in NYC residential rent regulatory laws including Rent Stabilization Law, ETPA and HSTPA. Experience and familiarity with DHCR procedures relating to owner applications, tenant complaints and administrative appeals; due diligence and representation of owners and developers on assemblage sites, buy-outs, vacating and demolishing buildings. Client base and/or portable business a plus but not required.

Commercial Litigation Associate
Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. seeks a commercial litigation associate with 3-4 years’ experience. Practice areas should include sophisticated real estate related matters. Experience should include:
- representing clients in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts
- representing clients in arbitration and mediation
- handling various aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and taking part in litigation strategy
Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. seeks a litigation associate with 4-7 years’ experience in real estate and commercial litigation with the following attributes:
– Strong research and writing skills with ability to produce polished, professional documents
– Knowledge of New York state civil procedure
– Experience with discovery and in court
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
