Commercial Litigation Attorney

Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. seeks a commercial litigation associate with 4 – 5 years’ experience. Practice areas should include sophisticated real estate related matters and a candidate with the following:

  • Strong research and writing skills and the ability to produce polished, professional documents.
  • Knowledge of New York civil procedure.
  • Court, motion, and discovery experience, including e-discovery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Law Review or Journal experience preferred.
  • Experience:
    • represent clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation as well as residential commercial landlord-tenant disputes.
    • handle various aspects of litigation, include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and participating in litigation strategy.

Salary range 220k – 235k

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
