Dallas, Texas and Chicago, Illinois: R&E represented E2W in several leases which provided for KidZania facilities to be opened in regional shopping centers in the US. Although no KidZania facilities are yet open in the US, KidZania operates in 24 major cities in other countries. Each KidZania facility allows children between the ages of 4 to 14 to role-play in more than 100 occupations such as pilots, doctors, chefs, truck drivers and reporters. KidZania is considered to be the world's fastest growing experiential learning center for children. E2W has the exclusive right to open and operate KidZania facilities in the US during the term set forth in its franchise agreement. E2W has recently entered into two leases, each of which covers approximately 80,000 square feet, with affiliates of General Growth Properties. One lease is in Stonebriar Center in Frisco, (a Dallas suburb) Texas where KidZania is projected to open in 2018. Stonebriar Center includes anchor stores operated by Macy's, Nordstrom, Sears, JC Penney and Dillard. The second lease is in Oakbrook Shopping Center in Oakbrook, (a Chicago suburb) Illinois, where KidZania is expected to open in 2019. Oakbrook Shopping Center includes anchor stores operated by Macy's, Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor and Neiman Marcus.

Manhattan, New York: R&E served as legal counsel for The Durst Organization in a lease for approximately 47,000 square feet of retail space located on the ground floor, lower level, and second floor of the Durst Organization's new mixed use building, EOS, located at 855 Sixth Avenue in Manhattan. The 15-year lease is for a Nordstrom Rack and the store is expected to open this fall. In addition to the retail space, the building contains approximately 150,000 square feet of office space (which has been fully leased) and approximately 375 residential rental apartments.

Prior to the closing, the client entered into a lease with Fort Knox Studios covering more than half of the building for use as a music rehearsal facility. Fort Knox Studios seeks to revolutionize the music industry by combining all aspects of the sector under one roof, providing music groups with a unique environment where networking, inspiration, and innovation naturally occur.
