Daniel M. Bernstein moderated the “Investment Outlook: Strategies To Offset Smaller Margins On Affordable Housing” panel at Bisnow’s New York Affordable Housing Conference on Wednesday, August 23 at the state-of-the-art venue Ease Hospitality, just a few blocks south of our office on Third Avenue. Daniel led the conversation to address topics at the forefront of the New York City real estate industry today, including financing solutions for debt, equity and low-income housing tax credits, and sourcing development opportunities in the face of uncertain market conditions. The panel also addressed the impact of New York’s increasing migrant crisis, highlighting the delay of under-utilized hotel and office conversions into affordable housing.
