Eisenman, Gary R.

Gary R. Eisenman joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2021 and is Counsel with the firm's Transactions Department.

Eisenman's real estate practice spans over 35 years as an attorney and of counsel for law firms and in-house counsel for state and federal government entities. His experience in real estate purchases and sales covers a broad section of asset classes including related financing (both mortgage and mezzanine), leasing of offices, retail and industrial spaces and the real estate components of M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Eisenman was an Attorney with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, Of Counsel to Nixon Peabody LLP, Senior Counsel to Loeb & Loeb LLP and Of Counsel to Brown & Weinraub PLLC.

Earlier, Eisenman served as the Deputy Federal Housing Commissioner and Deputy General Counsel for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Federal Housing Administration in Washington, D.C.
