Laura A. Raheb joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2021 and is an Associate with the firm's Litigation Department.
Raheb is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes, breach of contract, transactional disputes, real estate partnership disputes, brokerage commission actions, holdover proceedings, ejectment proceedings, co-op/condo disputes, and appeals. Additionally, Laura has experience in regulatory and administrative law matters before the New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, such as the Environmental Control Board, Department of Consumer Affairs and Department of Health as well as the New York City Criminal Court.
Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Raheb was an Associate with Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer LLP where she practiced general commercial litigation and insurance defense.
