REBNY Rent Regulation Seminar

On August 27, 2019, Luise A. Barrack, Blaine Z. Schwadel and Nicholas Kamillatos presented to 100-plus members of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) on the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019. It was a packed house of audience members who were actively engaged for the 60-minute presentation. After the seminar portion concluded, all three speakers answered audience questions for another 60 minutes.
