NYC Councilman David G. Greenfield Event

On Monday, May 22, 2017, Council Member Greenfield will be at R&E to discuss the future of land use and zoning in New York City, providing his perspective on the politics behind the land-use process and recent actions at the Land Use Committee. The Councilman will discuss challenges with the land use process, NYC’s upcoming rezonings (including Midtown East), “Affordable New York”/421a, as well as relevant legislation impacting real estate development in NYC.
