Rosenberg & Estis P.C. Member honored in Mentor category for leadership and impact on next generation CRE attorneys
NEW YORK, July 9, 2026 – Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., one of New York City’s leading real estate law firms, today announced that Jolie E. Meer has been named to GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence Class of 2026 in the Mentor category.
Since its inception in 1983, GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence awards have recognized outstanding female professionals in commercial real estate for their achievements and contributions to the industry. Honorees are selected by GlobeSt.’s advisory board and senior editors based on professional accomplishments, innovation, industry impact, commitment to advancing the role of women, and dedication to the highest standards of ethics, service, and excellence.
“This year’s honorees have executed significant deals, introduced bold initiatives, and expanded the reach of their organizations,” said Natalie Dolce, editor-in-chief of GlobeSt.com. “In addition to their professional accomplishments, they’ve spent countless hours mentoring others and advocating for meaningful causes. The depth and quality of submissions this year were truly inspiring and highlight the powerful strides women continue to make in an industry historically defined by tradition.”
“I am incredibly honored to be recognized alongside such an accomplished group of women,” said Meer. “Mentorship has been a cornerstone of my career, and I remain deeply committed to supporting the next generation of attorneys as they help shape the future of the commercial real estate industry.”
Meer is a Member of Rosenberg & Estis’ Transactional Department and a Chair of the firm’s Leasing Practice Group, where she leads complex, high-profile leasing transactions for major owners and investors across New York City. Widely regarded as a trusted advisor on sophisticated and non-traditional real estate matters, she is also a dedicated mentor who plays a central role in attorney development, training, and recruitment. As a mentor and a leader within the firm’s Women’s Group, Meer is recognized for her leadership, influence, and dedication to R&E and its future generations.
Notably, Meer was the first woman to serve as Chair of the Leasing Practice Group and the first attorney at the firm to be elevated to Member while working on a flexible schedule—helping to establish a model that has since been adopted firmwide.
