If you own a tax class 2 or 4 property in NYC with a ground-floor or second-floor storefront, here’s what you need to know about this year’s supplemental filing deadlines.
Key Deadlines
- Supplemental Filing – August 15, 2025
Report only those storefronts that were vacant as of June 30, 2025. If none were vacant, no filing is required. (File here, NYC311 info) - Second Supplemental Filing – February 15, 2026
Report only those storefronts that were vacant as of December 31, 2025. (File here)
These supplemental filings are in addition to—not a replacement for—the regular storefront registry due June 2, 2025, which required reporting all storefronts (vacant or occupied). (More info)
