Daniel M. Bernstein, Head of R&E’s Tax Incentives & Affordable Housing Department, moderated the opening panel at Bisnow’s NYC Affordable Housing Summit titled, “State of NYC Affordable: Development Pipeline & Target Neighborhoods.” The panel discussed the current state of affordable housing across NYC along with future opportunities to address the City’s housing shortage, including office-to-residential conversions. We were so glad to see Zachary J. Rothken, Nicholas DiLorenzo at the event!
