Shakiva S. Pierre joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2024 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.
Pierre is experienced in legal issues related to real property and proceedings law. She has extensive knowledge of summary eviction proceedings in housing courts throughout New York City having supervised level one attorneys during summary eviction proceedings and trial.
Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Pierre was an Associate Court Attorney with NY City Housing Court.
