- Represented owners through all phases of commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation, primarily in New York City Housing Court and before various state agencies.
- Drafted a variety of litigation documents, including appellate briefs, motions, opposition papers, and Article 78 Petitions within a high-volume setting.
- Drafted and negotiated commercial lease agreements, lease amendments, assignments and surrender agreements.
- Managed the Emergency Rental Assistance Program portals for numerous landlords, as needed to facilitate the approval of ERAP and LRAP applications; resulting in cumulative awards of over $600,000.00 for clients.
