- Represented a high end cooperative near Sutton Place implementing substantive revamp of their proprietary lease, including successfully adopting a flip tax.
- Regularly counseling and facilitating coop transfers to/from Trusts and/or LLCs, ensuring that appropriate agreements and protections are in place to protect the interests of the cooperative.
- Successfully removed objectionable subtenant from apartment in large Greenwich cooperative building (420 apartments) without the need for litigation, and with attorneys’ fees being paid in full by the subject shareholder.
- Successfully counseled Board of Directors of high-end Cooperative Building on Central Park South in connection with contested election and various legal challenges and attacks in connection with same.
- Advised Board of Managers of a Battery Park condominium in connection with contested election including conducting annual meeting and fielding verbal and written challenges to issues relating to same.
- Provides general counsel to 1,100 apartment complex in Yonkers including, without limitation, issues pertaining to regulatory compliance, discrimination complaints, and tenant disputes.
