Noriega, Layla C.

Layla C. Noriega worked at Rosenberg & Estis as a Law Clerk and Juris Doctor before becoming an Associate with the firms’ Litigation Department in 2021. Noriega represents residential and commercial landlords and owners in a variety of disputes involving landlord-tenant law, commercial litigation, and complex real estate litigation matters. She has successfully argued motions before the New York State Courts, drafts pleadings and motions, and prepares documents for trial.

Noriega received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2021. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from St. John’s University in 2015.
