Jeanine Floyd joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2007 and is a Member of the firm’s Litigation Department. For over 14 years, Floyd has represented landlords, owners, management companies, lenders and condominium boards on a broad range of issues involving commercial and residential real estate litigation, landlord and tenant law, mortgage and condominium lien foreclosure. For over a decade, Floyd has provided guidance and daily legal advice to one of the largest managers of real estate properties in New York overseeing thousands of tenants. Floyd regularly advises clients on disputes involving breaches of commercial and residential lease and license agreements, lease interpretation, and defaults under mortgages and/or other governing documents. Her focus is on providing clear communication and effective responses to efficiently resolve client’s legal conflicts.
Floyd graduated from Yale University in 2004 with a B.A. in History and received her J.D. from Fordham Law School where she served as a member of the Environmental Law Journal.
