The Terrace Experience

Whether it’s an afternoon lunch or a coffee to start the workday, we love any reason to spend time on our 12th-floor terrace. When weather permits, R&E attorneys gather bimonthly during a time we call “Thursdays on Third.” The terrace is also where both attorneys and staff enjoy Summer Morning Yoga classes, along with annual Shake Shack Lunches, Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Parties and celebratory dinners following our yearly Corporate Challenge 5k in Central Park.

Social Responsibility

Rosenberg & Estis maintains a deep and ongoing commitment to supporting the communities we serve—especially New York City’s youth. As a long-standing advocate for the YMCA of Greater New York, the firm annually hosts teen interns through the Teen Career Connection Summer Internship Program, offering meaningful exposure to professional environments and early career training. R&E also proudly welcomes high-need students through the PENCIL Fellows Program. This program helps expand access to mentorship and workforce opportunities for students who might not otherwise have these resources.

In addition to internships, R&E actively supports charitable initiatives that provide critical resources to children living in New York City’s homeless and domestic violence shelters. A Greener New York

R&E is committed to minimizing its environmental impact through sustainable practices across all aspects of our operations. The firm was recognized by the New York City Bar’s Environmental Law Committee for its efforts to reduce energy consumption and resource use. Our recent participation in NYSERDA’s Commercial Tenant Program underscores our leadership in creating energy-efficient workspaces and promoting sustainability within the legal community.
