Current Positions:
Commercial Litigation Attorney
Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate with a minimum of 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience, preferably involving real estate-related matters and construction law disputes.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various stages of litigation, including:
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Managing discovery, including document production and review in e-discovery platforms
- Preparing witnesses for hearings, trials, and arbitrations
- Participating in trials or evidentiary hearings
- Negotiating settlements and client resolutions
Candidates should posess:
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of New York civil procedure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- The ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Salary Range: $220,000 – $250,000

Transactional Associate
Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. seeks to hire a transactional associate with a minimum of 4+ years' relevant experience in Leasing and other transactional real estate matters. We are involved in high profile and cutting-edge transactions and we deal with some of the most sophisticated and well known clients in the New York and national real estate community.
This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally, develop great skills, mentor junior associates and take on significant responsibility. We provide a very supportive environment for client business generation. Strong academic credentials required and admission to the New York State Bar.
Salary Range: $200,000 – $225,000
