Litigation Attorney
Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. seeks a litigation associate with a minimum of 7 years’ experience. Practice areas must include sophisticated real estate related matters with the following attributes:
- Strong research and writing skills with the ability to produce polished, professional documents
- Knowledge of state, federal and appellate courts
- Experience with discovery and in court
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and experience:
- representing clients in complex residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters
- in construction litigation
- representing landlords, developers, boards of directors and managers of cooperatives and condominiums
- handling various aspects of litigation, including negotiating and drafting contracts, sale of rights agreements, leases and property transfer documents
Salary range: 235k – 250k
