The law firm of Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. announced the promotion of five attorneys. Jason R. Davidson, Eric S. Orenstein, and Deborah E. Riegel have been named equity members of the firm, while and Adam R. Sanders will become members of the firm.

“We are pleased to continue a period of controlled growth within the firm, from the addition of new attorneys, to the expansion of the executive leadership,” said firm founder, Gary Rosenberg. “By focusing exclusively on real estate, we have been able to provide a superior level of service to the real estate industry in New York City.”

“All of these attorneys have distinguished themselves through their expertise in a wide variety of complex matters and emerging practice areas,” said Luise A. Barrack, Managing Member of Rosenberg & Estis and the head of its Litigation Department. “Their experience and skills provide a valuable asset to our clients, and we are delighted to have promoted them within the firm.”

Mr. Davidson has litigated cases in Federal District Court and in New York State trial and appellate courts, including the New York State Court of Appeals. Mr. Davidson has also represented clients before various New York City administrative agencies, including the Environmental Control Board, the New York City Loft Board, and the Office of Administrative Trial and Hearings relating to issues arising out of Multiple Dwelling Law Article 7-C (the “Loft Law”).
