Orenstein and Counsel, David Fries hosted Trevian Capital for the first annual “Synergy Session” wherein R&E provided basic training to the powerhouse analysts of Trevian on the fundamentals of the legal side of transactions while Trevian gave R&E a rundown of the business side of underwriting and deal making. The tips were hot and the sushi was cold, but it was all raw.
