Alex M. Estis joined R&E in 2017 within the firm’s Litigation Department. Estis handles all matters of general commercial litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes, breach of contract, transactional disputes, real estate partnership disputes, brokerage commission actions, holdover proceedings, ejectment proceedings, loft litigation, owner occupancy actions, co-op/condo disputes, matters before the New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, such as the Environmental Control Board and Department of Health as well as the New York City Criminal Court. Estis received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
Devin P. Kosar joined R&E in 2008 within the firm’s Litigation Department. Kosar’s practice involves complex commercial litigation, landlord/tenant law and construction law. Additionally, Kosar has extensive experience in all regulatory and administrative law matters before the New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, such as the Environmental Control Board, Department of Consumer Affairs and Department of Health as well as the New York City Criminal Court. Kosar received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
Casey E. Delaney joined R&E in 2019 within the firm’s Transactional Department. Delaney represents lenders, owners, investors and developers in joint ventures, financing, acquisition, development and disposition of a wide variety of assets, including office buildings, retail properties and multi-family developments. Delaney received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
Moshe B. Nachum joined R&E in 2020 within the firm’s Litigation Department. He has litigated many cases in the Civil and Supreme Courts, including complicated rent regulation disputes, landlord-tenant matters and general contract litigation. He is an expert on rent stabilization issues and the unintended consequences surrounding the HSTPA of 2019. He also advises clients on the practical and legal implications of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). He has additional experience negotiating commercial leases and lease amendments and modifications. Nachum received his J.D. from New York Law School.
Zachary M. Rockoff joined R&E in 2018 within the firm’s Transactional Department. His practice focuses on acquisition, disposition and financing of all real estate asset classes. Rockoff received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
