Pierce, Jr., Member and Head of R&E Construction Law, moderated the opening panel, “Building & Developing New York City’s Top Projects” at Bisnow’s NY Construction & Development Conference. The panel offered an inside look at which boroughs developers are prioritizing today as well as target areas for upcoming projects. With insight from panelists Bonnie Campbell (Principal, Two Trees Management Company), Lauren Cahill (SVP, Grubb Properties), Josh Siegel (President of Development, Starrett Development) and Georgina Robledo (Associate Partner, RSHP), Chip led the discussion with questions addressing the status of 421-a, evolving demands from multifamily and office tenants, and strategies for determining sites and neighborhoods for ground up development.
