The below description was read before the audience when we were declared winner –
Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., the largest real estate-only law firm in New York City, maintains a boutique, family-like atmosphere which affords its attorneys and personnel alike with a strong sense of camaraderie and common purpose. While celebrating our growth and countless triumphs over the last 45 years, we enjoy several celebrations throughout the year – holiday parties, ice cream socials, surprise pizza parties, anniversary cakes and flowers, secret Santa gift exchanges, department lunches and dinners, ladies’ nights out, charity golf tournaments, and more – where we get to know one another on a personal level. We have a beautiful wrap around terrace where our attorneys enjoy drinks and food during the warmer months dubbed “Thursdays on Third” and where all staff are able to sit outside and soak up the sun during our busy days for lunch or just to get some air. During the warmer months we also use the terrace for Friday morning yoga with professional yoga teachers for anyone who would like to participate. At R&E, everyone is given the opportunity to grow and to achieve their goals – in fact, many of our attorneys, members included, started at R&E as law clerks. R&E is fully committed to the professional development and workplace satisfaction of staff and attorneys alike, and we provide regular feedback and are interested in hearing regular feedback from our staff to ensure every idea is considered and every opportunity is seized. The firm has also demonstrated our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint with several environmental initiatives, including the installation of motion light sensors and usage of LED bulbs, which has reduced our electric consumption, and the transition to all Eco-friendly products for food and beverage use (and providing everyone at R&E with reusable Swell bottles to reduce plastic bottle use).
