Site Better Serves Expanding Customer Base as Firm Experiences Significant Growth

Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., New York City’s largest real estate law firm, has launched a new website to better serve the needs of its expanding client base as the firm experiences significant growth.
The new website, www.rosenbergestis.com, features an updated layout, allowing for improved navigation for current and prospective clients. The site is now also mobile compatible, enabling access on phones and tablets. Additionally, the site features an updated “News and Events” section and a more robust “Careers” page, improving the user experience and more efficiently presenting opportunities at the firm. The site also features a “Client Experience Survey” to ensure the highest quality service.
“As Rosenberg & Estis continues to expand, we want to embrace the information needs of our clients,” said managing member Luise Barrack. “The new site offers a more powerful platform for communication with additional information features that benefit both the firm and our clients.”
Rosenberg & Estis, which celebrated its 40th Anniversary last year, continues to grow both in size and in the breadth of work it handles. In the past five years the boutique real estate law firm has steadily expanded a roster of 45 attorneys to some 80 attorneys today. It also has increased its presence in New York’s development arena, helping clients to move forward with complex projects or new developments in challenging markets.
Attorneys in Rosenberg & Estis’ Transactional and Leasing Group recently represented landlords in two of the top 50 retail leases in Manhattan signed during the first half of 2016. Meanwhile, the firm is leading litigation against New York City’s Rent Guidelines Board on behalf of the Rent Stabilization Association. The firm also has won a series of major lawsuits on behalf of property owners this year.
