Adam Lindenbaum Promoted to Member; Patricia Cleary, Arielle Frost Promoted to Of Counsel

The law firm of Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. announced it has promoted three attorneys. Adam Lindenbaum was promoted to a Member of the firm, and Patricia Cleary and Arielle Frost were promoted to Of Counsel.

Lindenbaum joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2013 as an associate in the litigation department and represents real estate firms, developers and tenants in connection with their use, management and operation of commercial real estate. He focuses his practice on handling disputes involving complex residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters, real estate ownership and commercial litigation.

Lindenbaum received a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and earned his juris doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

Cleary joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2014 as an Associate in the firm’s transactional law department. Her practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including sales, acquisitions and dispositions, and financing.

Cleary received bachelor’s degrees in history and political science from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, in New Brunswick. She earned her juris doctor from Rutgers School of Law – Camden. Cleary is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

Frost joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in June 2011 as an Associate in its transactional real estate department. She represents clients in an array of real estate matters, including retail and office leasing, mortgage and mezzanine financings, joint ventures and purchase and sale transactions.

Frost received her bachelor’s degree with great distinction from McGill University, and earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School. She is licensed to practice law in New York.

Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., which celebrated its 40th Anniversary this past year, continues to grow both in size and in the breadth of work it handles.
