Real Estate Law Firm Continues to Expand Roster of Legal Experts

Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. announced that Adam R. Sanders has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Mr. Sanders will work closely with the Transactions Group, representing clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate and business transactions.
Mr. Sanders was previously the principal member of Sanders Legal Group, PLLC in New York City, a firm that provided a range of legal services including real estate acquisitions and sales, financing, leasing, construction, portfolio structuring and New Markets Tax Credits, and general corporate representation. The firm also represented cooperative and condominium boards.
Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., which is celebrating its 40th Anniversary this year, continues to grow in size and in the scope of services it provides. The boutique firm has steadily expanded its roster to more than 70 attorneys and is the largest real estate law firm in the city. It has also increased its presence in New York’s development arena, helping clients to move forward with major projects that require complex planning and execution.

Prior to founding Sanders Legal Group, PLLC, Mr. Sanders served as a Real Estate Associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in New York, where he worked with the Real Estate Finance Group.
Mr. Sanders received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the legal bars in New York, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. In 2014, Mr. Sanders was named a Super Lawyers Metro Rising Star and, in 2015, he was named a Super Lawyers New York Metro Lawyer.
