Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. represented Mitti Liebersohn in contract negotiations with Avison Young to join the global commercial real estate services firm. Liebersohn signed a contract in early April to serve as Principal, President and Managing Director of its New York City office.
William Byers Jr., a Member of Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., provided legal advisory services for Liebersohn. Avison Young was represented in-house by Robert Slaughter, Principal and Chief Legal Officer.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Liebersohn served as Vice Chairman at JLL, where he oversaw numerous national account portfolios. Earlier, he was a Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was named one of the company’s top 20 brokers internationally for 15 consecutive years.
