Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. announced that Eric Orenstein was promoted to a partner of the law firm.
Orenstein, 32, joined Rosenberg & Estis as an associate in 2005. He represents owners and developers of commercial properties in the New York tri-state area, providing legal services in all aspects of real estate including leasing, development, financing and purchase and sale transactions.
Orenstein will continue to represent lenders and borrowers in financing transactions and workouts of loans on troubled assets. In the past six years, he has completed approximately $1 billion in financing transactions and another $350 million in construction loans.
