Evan N. Soyer joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2025 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.
Soyer has years of experience representing individuals and businesses at all stages of commercial litigation in New York and federal courts. He currently handles a wide breadth of real estate litigation matters, including residential and commercial foreclosures, breach of contract, construction, and municipal code violations, among others. He has experience handling cases from their inception through appellate oral argument.
Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Soyer worked as a civil litigator at prominent local and national firms. Most recently, Soyer worked for Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, where he honed his focus on complex and distressed foreclosure litigation.
Soyer attended St. John’s University School of Law, where he was involved in a number of activities, including serving as a teaching assistant covering the subjects of civil procedure, criminal law, and applied legal analysis – a bar exam preparation course for foreign law students. He was an Articles Editor of the St. John’s Law Review and Journal of Catholic Legal Studies.
