Sarah H. Baker joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2022 and is an Associate with the firm's Litigation Department.
Baker practices in the areas of commercial real estate litigation, commercial and contract disputes, Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters and related adverse proceedings. She represents commercial real estate tenants and owners in New York Federal and State Courts. She also counsels cooperative board members and real estate owners on issues arising from building management, leasing of commercial spaces, tenant disputes and governance issues. Sarah has successfully managed complex commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, preparing dispositive motions and handling the discovery process.
Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Baker was an Associate with Barclay Damon, LLP.
