Nathalie K. Phillips joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2024 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.
Phillips’ practice involves commercial and residential real estate litigation matters including but not limited to landlord-tenant proceedings, construction, and general business disputes. She has participated in all stages of the litigation process such as drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, and appearing in Supreme and Civil courts throughout New York State. Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., Phillips was a Litigation Associate at Wilson & Chan LLP.
