Lori Anker Nott joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 1985 and is a Member with the firm's Litigation Department. Anker Nott specializes in general commercial litigation and real estate related litigation. Her areas of practice include contract and business disputes; brokerage disputes; all aspects of cooperative disputes including enforcement of shareholder obligations and sponsor disputes; lease disputes including retail, apartment, office and ground leases; and all aspects of commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes including purchase options, renewal options, fair market rent determinations, demolition and alteration issues as well as residential rent regulatory issues.
Anker Nott graduated from Binghamton University with a B.A. in Political Science/Public Administration. She earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
