Jennifer N. Arrizurieta

Jennifer N. Arrizurieta joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2025 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department. 

Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Arrizurieta was an Associate Attorney at Kennedys CMK LLP.

Arrizurieta’s first attorney role out of law school was as an Assistant District Attorney at Queens District Attorney’s Office. During law school, she was a Clinical Legal Intern at The Innocence Project Clinic and New York State Attorney General’s Office.

• Assisted Partner Jay Hamad in expanding team and business entities in litigation involving construction litigation, commercial litigation, New York Labor Law, general liability, and premises liability.
• Actively engaged with clients, draft responsive pleadings, conduct paper discovery and depositions, draft discovery motions, as well as, motions for summary judgment.
• Conducted oral arguments related to motion practice.
• Appeared in Court for preliminary and status conferences and engage in settlement negotiations.

• Represented insured entities thought out the litigation process for claims related to construction defect, construction site injuries, New York Labor Law, construction litigation, commercial litigation, general liability, premises liability, and commercial trucking accidents.
• Managed clients, draft responsive pleadings, conduct paper discovery and depositions, draft discovery motions, as well as, motions for summary judgment, conduct oral arguments related to motion practice, appear in Court for preliminary and status conferences, and assist in settlement negotiations with opposing Counsel.
