Anthony S. De Ingeniis joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2024 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.
De Ingeniis’ litigation practice spans a wide range of matters that have a firm basis in the real estate and construction commercial litigation sphere. He has provided comprehensive legal counsel and representation to owners/landlords, developers, management agencies, architects, engineers and contractors in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and contract negotiation. De Ingeniis routinely works with landlords in both commercial and residential disputes and often counsels Co-op Boards and Condominium Associations with respect to claims management for disputes with shareholders and unit owners.
De Ingeniis has been actively involved in pre-suit counseling, arbitration, mediation and trials, and has managed all phases of litigation including pleadings, ESI discovery, depositions, motions, expert review and settlement negotiations.
Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, De Ingeniis was an Associate with Zetlin & De Chiara LLP.
Notable Work
- Secured the dismissal of an eight-figure breach of contract and professional malpractice claim for an international architecture firm relating to the construction of a prominent NYC hospital.
- Deposed a key Diplomatic Consul as a Commercial 11-f witnesses leading to the dismissal of breach of contract and professional malpractice claims against a nationally recognized engineering firm relating to the demolition, design, and rebuild of a Consular building in New York.
- Negotiated a settlement on countersuit in favor of a nationally recognized developer against affirmative claims for breach of contract, quantum meruit, and Mechanic’s Liens.
- Helped secure a seven-figure counterclaim settlement relating to an international hotel conglomerate hostile takeover by foreign unit holder entity.
