Daniel E. Kirshblum

Daniel E. Kirshblum joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2022 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.

Kirshblum represents management companies, landlords, tenants, brokers, and ownership entities in a wide range of both commercial and residential real estate litigation matters including holdover and nonpayment proceedings. Kirshblum handles commercial lease disputes, co-op/condo disputes, contract disputes, construction disputes, and mechanic’s lien proceedings. Kirshblum prepares and drafts all aspects of motion practice, predicate notices, orders to show cause, and a variety of other legal documents in his representation of clients.

Kirshblum has also represented businesses and individuals in all phases of civil litigation. Additional experience includes the defense of claims related to the New York Labor Law, General Liability, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Business Litigation, Personal Injury and Workers Compensation. Kirshblum has managed his own cases from inception to trial, including conducting depositions, drafting motions, attending oral arguments before courts and negotiating favorable settlements on behalf of his clients.

Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Kirshblum was an Associate with Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP.
