Fletcher Corley joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2021 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.
Corley is experienced in all areas of commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, labor and employment issues, intellectual property matters and commercial torts. They have managed discovery efforts, made court appearances and drafted pleadings, motions and legal memoranda.
As an Administrative Associate, Corley represented clients in NYC administrative hearings concerning alleged violations of the NYC Building Code, Zoning Resolution, Fire Code, Health Code, Sanitation Regulations and Housing Maintenance Code. They have drafted orders, appeals and Article 78 petitions on a range of matters regarding local rules and regulations, including transient use, construction issues and zoning violations.
Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Corley was a Commercial Litigation Associate with Cohen Tauber Spievack & Wagner.
