Alexander R. Yarm joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2018 and is an associate with the firm's Litigation Department. Mr. Yarm represents clients in all phases of litigation and appellate practice before the New York City, New York State and federal courts. He also advises and represents clients in commercial arbitration proceedings before alternative dispute resolution tribunals, including the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Yarm has experience in an array of real estate and complex commercial matters, and has represented clients ranging from the country's largest real estate developers to commercial tenants, ground lessees and individuals who own a single building. Mr. Yarm has successfully represented clients in complex disputes arising out of commercial leases; commercial and residential landlord/tenant litigation; applications for Yellowstone and preliminary injunctions; corporate, partnership and LLC disputes; condominium and cooperative disputes; adjacent landowner disputes; the enforcement of guaranties; appeals; and commercial arbitration.
Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Mr. Yarm was an associate with Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, LLP. There, Mr. Yarm regularly represented commercial property owners in litigation involving construction disputes, property damage claims and premises liability.
