Zachary G. Karram joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2018 and is an associate with the firm's Litigation Department. Mr. Karram has successfully represented individuals and businesses in litigation involving real estate, construction, trusts and estates, foreclosure, landlord-tenant and various commercial matters. Mr. Karram has extensive experience in litigating matters involving the RPL, RPAPL, mechanic's liens, and real property contracts, and has frequently argued motions and conducted hearings in all boroughs of New York City. Mr. Karram routinely counsels individuals and businesses on case strategy, discovery and settlement. Mr. Karram additionally has experience representing lenders and borrowers in commercial and residential loans, including drafting loan documentation, performing due diligence and conducting title review.

  • Represented a New York City developer in obtaining summary judgment against an alleged prior contract holder proven to have violated the statute of limitations.
  • Represented a New York City developer in removing an invalid mechanic’s lien against its property by proving the lien was facially deficient.
  • Represented an individual in upholding a summary judgment decision on appeal to the Second Judicial Department of the Appellate Division, awarding the sum of multiple annuity accounts.
