Kumail Mirza joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2017 and is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department. Mr. Mirza's practice involves commercial litigation, disputes involving complex landlord-tenant matters, and the representation of owners, managing agents, developers, and condominium and cooperative boards on a wide array of real estate matters. Mr. Mirza has also represented clients before several New York Courts on various complex ligation matters involving general liability, premises liability, contract disputes, and construction/labor law. Additionally, Mr. Mirza has experience representing clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate, and has served as counsel to various private lenders and banking institutions on residential loans as well as loan refinancing.

Mr. Mirza received his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Texas Tech University, and his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, where he was an articles and notes editor for the school's N.Y. Real Property Law Journal. Mr. Mirza is licensed to practice law in New York.

Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Mr. Mirza was an associate with Chaves & Perlowitz, LLP and Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker LLP.
