Christopher D. Warren joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2018 and is an associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.  Mr. Warren’s practice concentrates on complex commercial and real estate litigation for closely held corporations in State and Federal Courts.

  • Represented a partner of an LLC in a business divorce where minority members of an LLC sought an accounting and dissolution of multi-million dollar business
  • Represented a corporate entity in the recovery of a substantial deposit in a time of the essence contract litigation

Prior to earning his J.D., Mr. Warren was a banker with a national bank and gained real estate business experiencing by helping companies expand their investment portfolios. Mr. Warren’s industry background and practical experience provide him with insight into his clients companies.
