SPONY Rent Regulation Seminar

On July 30, 2019, Blaine Z. Schwadel presented to 70-plus members of the Small Property Owners of New York (SPONY) on the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019. The audience was actively engaged for the 90-minute presentation. Blaine and Alex then answered audience questions for another 40 minutes and closed the venue down speaking to owners privately after the event concluded. The small building owners in attendance were extremely grateful for our help in understanding the new laws that negatively affect their livelihoods.
