Marianna Vayner joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2011. Marianna is of counsel in the firm's transactional department. She represents clients in connection with condominium and cooperative plan filings with the NYAG office.
Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Marianna worked on a variety of real estate matters, including leasing, financing, condominium and cooperative plan filings, and purchase and sale transactions at several established law firms in New York City.
Ms. Vayner received her bachelor’s degree Summa Cum Laude from Pace University, and her juris doctorate from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of Fordham Law Review. She is licensed to practice law in New York.
