Jolie M. Ilardi
Jolie M. Ilardi joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2008. As an associate at the firm for the past 3 years, Jolie has been involved in the firm's litigation practice, and has represented real estate developers, real estate owners, and landlords in various aspects of real estate litigation and commercial and residential landlord and tenant law.
Prior to joining the firm, in 2007 and 2008, Jolie was a guest faculty speaker for New York Lorman's Continuing Legal Education Seminar entitled "Evictions: Residential and Commercial", covering frequently litigated issues in landlord and tenant matters, and assisted in editing the manual for the lectures.
Jolie received her B.A. in Sociology and Law from Cornell University in 2001, and her J.D. from Syracuse University School of Law in 2005. While at Syracuse University School of Law, Jolie was the recipient of the Best Overall Performance Award as a member of the Criminal Law Clinic, and she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, the Law Honors Society.
Jolie is licensed to practice in New York and in New Jersey.
