Frederick E. Park joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. as a summer associate in 1986. Mr. Park became an associate in 1987 and a partner in 1994. He handles a wide variety of litigation matters in the New York City Civil Court and New York State Supreme Court.

Mr. Park represents owners and tenants in both commercial and residential lease disputes. He has tried and supervised cases involving such issues as Yellowstone injunctions, non-primary residence, nuisance, illegal lockouts, illegal sublets, owner occupancy, and nonpayment of rent. He has also pursued and defended owners' rights in the United States Bankruptcy Court, the Housing Part of the New York Civil City Court, and the New York City Loft Board.

Mr. Park is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and St. John's University School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the St. John's Law Review.
