Devin P. Kosar
Devin Kosar joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2008. As an associate in the Firm’s litigation practice group, Mr. Kosar represents real estate owners, developers, managing agents and landlords in various aspects of real estate litigation, commercial and residential landlord and tenant law, as well as matters before New York City Administrative Agencies such as the New York City Loft Board, Environmental Control Board and the Department of Consumer Affairs.
In 2005, Mr. Kosar received his bachelor’s degree from Boston University and his juris doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law. While at St. John’s, he was the External Competition Director for the Moot Court Honor Society and a Senior Staff Member of the St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary. Mr. Kosar’s note “Payola – Can Pay-For-Play Be Practically Enforced?” was published in the Spring, 2008 Edition of the St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary.
Mr. Kosar is licensed to practice in the state courts of New York.
