Dennis I. Hellman
Dennis Hellman joined Rosenberg & Estis in 1993. He is one of the senior partners in the firm's Transactional and Leasing Group. In recent years, most of Mr. Hellman's practice has been concentrated on acquisitions, dispositions and developments throughout the United States, as well as on representing borrowers in complex financings and both owners and tenants in commercial leasing matters.
Among the notable transactions in which Mr. Hellman played a leading role are the development and financing of the office buildings known as One Bryant Park and 4 Times Square in New York City, the acquisition and leasing of 450 Park Avenue in New York City and 1801 K Street in Washington, D.C. and the acquisition, financing and disposition of California's famed Pebble Beach Golf Resort. Two of the leasing transactions in which Mr. Hellman was involved received the Real Estate Board of New York's Henry Hart Rice Achievement Award as the most ingenious deal of the year.
