David Hager

David Hager represents developers in connection with acquisitions and development of real estate assets including commercial and retail space. Mr. Hager also represents institutional lenders and borrowers in financing of commercial real estate assets and restructuring of existing investments including mortgage and mezzanine lending, senior secured facilities and participations and co-lender arrangements. He advises landlords and tenants on commercial leasing transactions.

Mr. Hager's recent representations include:

• a car manufacturer in all aspects of its acquisition of a built-to-suit showroom facility in New York City
• a major national bank in a multi-state loan origination
• a tenant in its 285,000 square-foot data center facility lease in New Jersey
• multiple Fortune 500 companies in real estate issues arising in connection with merger and acquisition transactions.
• 100M+ note purchase and subsquent fee title purchase of Sixth Avenue development site
• 140M sale of fee and leasehold title for class A office building in Manhattan
• Acquisition and joint venture formation with institutional fund in connection with purchase of mid-west regional shopping center
• Represented The Durst Organization in connection with its negotiations with The Port Authority concerning a joint venture with regard to One world Trade Center
• Mortage loan and mezzanine financing of seven mix-use/multi-family properties in Manhattan
• Representive purchaser in connection with purchasing and financing a retail/multi-family property on WetSide of Manhattan

Mr. Hager received his J.D. cum laude in 2005 from Fordham University School of Law. He received his M.S. in management from Boston University in 1999 and his B.A. from Thomas Edison State College in 1995. Mr. Hager is a member of the New York, Connecticut and New Jersey State Bars.
