Mr. Pancotti joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2009.  He has experience litigating a broad array of complex commercial cases, with a focus on commercial real estate disputes.  Upon graduation from law school in 2003, Mr. Pancotti clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Pitman in the Southern District of New York, which provided him with valuable insight into the judicial process and how cases are decided.  Since that time, Mr. Pancotti has developed his skills handling all aspects of litigation, including preparing cases for trial, drafting and arguing motions and conducting and defending depositions.

Mr. Pancotti's substantive experience includes:  representing a commercial landlord in a contractual dispute involving claims of forgery and piercing the corporate veil; representing various developers in commercial foreclosure actions; representing claimants in eminent domain proceedings; representing property owners in construction disputes with contractors; representing a developer in a dispute involving tax valuation; and representing commercial tenants in disputes with their landlords, including seeking and obtaining injunctive relief.

Mr. Pancotti graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland in 2000 and magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2003. Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Mr. Pancotti worked at a national law firm for five years, where he litigated a broad array of complex commercial cases, including cases involving securities fraud, insurance regulation, labor disputes and contractual disputes.
