Daniel Pancotti
Mr. Pancotti joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2009. He has experience litigating a broad array of complex commercial cases. Upon graduation from law school in 2003, Mr. Pancotti clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Pitman in the Southern District of New York, which provided him with valuable insight into the judicial process and how cases are decided. Since that time, Mr. Pancotti has developed his skills handling all aspects of litigation, including preparing cases for trial, drafting and arguing motions and conducting and defending depositions.
Mr. Pancotti's substantive experience includes representing developers, shareholders and lenders in a variety of disputes, including contractual claims, claims involving forgery and piercing the corporate veil, commercial foreclosure actions, eminent domain proceedings, tax valuation disputes and claims for injunctive relief.
Mr. Pancotti graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland in 2000 and magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2003. Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Mr. Pancotti worked at a large international law firm for five years, where he litigated a broad array of complex commercial cases, including cases involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, contractual disputes and securities law violations.
