Craig S. Charie
Craig S. Charie joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 1994. He is now of counsel to the firm. Over the past 17 years, Craig has been involved in all aspects of the firm's litigation practice, and has spearheaded countless settlements of acrimonious disputes that simply could have not have occurred without his skilled and tenacious efforts.
Craig possesses the unique ability to facilitate dispute resolution and to reach settlements by listening and understanding each party’s concerns. Craig’s experience in owning and managing New York City real estate since 1999 provides him with insight and clarity of both a legal and business prospective, with common sense and the ability to protect his clients' interests while achieving their goals.
He represents owners and developers of residential and commercial properties in New York City providing legal expertise in all aspects of real estate and handles litigation including non primary residence proceedings, succession claims, non-payment proceedings, commercial disputes, development buy-outs, and providing general and practical advice for property owners.
Craig received his bachelor's degree from University of Pittsburgh and his juris doctorate from City University of New York School of Law at Queens College.
